Dear Director,

We are still talking about the great hospitality we received by your outstanding crew. You have a crew to be proud of and thank you very much for your generosity. This is a trip that will always be fondly remembered. As you know the highest accolade a sailor can receive is simply two words “Well done”. Thank you for a job “Well done”.

Please send us the names of all your crew that help us so much. We want to acknowledge them on our website when we publish our photos.

Thank You,

Gene McLeod - USS Sea Cat SS-399 Association

Sad News
Jim "Rosebud" Adams was a WWII Submariner who served on the USS Sea Cat in 1944-45 and
and was onboard the Sea Cat's during her last war patrol and remembers being in Tokyo Bay during the Japanese
surrender. Gail Dietrichsen accompanied her father to his only Sea Cat reunion. A few weeks later
Jim passed away. Gail said she and her father really had a great time visiting with his shipmates.

Sailor, Rest your Oars"
